- Illinois Legal Aid Online is seeking a Legal Access Solutions Manager and Integrations Engineer. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, October 15.
- Cook County Public Defender's Office is seeking Assistant Public Defenders (Various Locations) and a Mitigation Supervisor (Leighton Criminal Courthouse, 26th & California). The deadline to apply is Wednesday, October 15 at 11:59 PM.
- Illinois Environmental Council is looking for a Legislative Affairs Associate. The deadline to apply is Friday, October 31.
- Chicago Appleseed Center for Fair Courts is hiring a part-time Communications Assistant. The deadline to apply is Monday, November 3.
- Cook County Assessor's Office is hiring a Taxpayer Information Specialist II and Senior Network Administrator.
- Allies for Community Business is looking for a Bilingual Community Lender.
- Legal Aid Chicago is seeking a full-time Supervisory Attorney in its Consumer Practice Group.
Funding
- The Cook County Homeowner Relief Fund is now open. This fund offers one-time assistance of $1,000 for eligible homeowners who’ve faced significant property tax increases. Apply by Friday, October 10.
- The Edrika Fulford Mutual Aid Fund reopens on Thursday, October 16 at 10:00 AM. This fund offers one-time emergency grants of $500 to 100 individuals or families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

- History Harvest: The Westside Family will be hosted on Saturday, October 11 from 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM at Legler Regional Library.
- The Citizens Utility Board (CUB) and State Representative Kimberly du Buclet are hosting a free Chicago Utility Bill Clinic on Tuesday, October 28 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Chicago Urban League (4510 S Michigan Ave).
- 2025 MOPD Resource Fair will be held on Wednesday, November 19 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Central West Community Center.
