This grant provides up to $250,000 for construction or renovation of business owners, property owners, community developers and entrepreneurs. The next quarterly application deadline is Friday, February 13.
Applications are now being accepted for the 2026 AMPT Grant presented by AMPT: Advancing Nonprofits. The 2026 AMPT Grant supports organizations that have been directly impacted by recent shifts in the national political landscape. The deadline to apply is Monday, February 16 at 11:59 PM CT.
Applications are being accepted for McKinsey Fast Grants 2026. This grant will provide $10,000 grants to four organizations whose founders show significant promise for impact. Grantees will also have access to McKinsey expertise/support to help refine and scale their organizations over a six-month period (May through November 2026). The deadline to apply is Wednesday, February 18 at 5:00 PM CT.
The next application cycle for the Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF), presented by the Chicago Department of Planning and Development, will open on Sunday, February 1. Through SBIF, small business and property owners may be eligible to receive reimbursement grants for permanent building improvements and repairs.
