Funding Opportunities

• The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) is a reimbursement grant and technical assistance program that supports permanent builds and renovations of commercial spaces on the city's South, Southwest, and West Sides. SomerCor is an administer this program on behalf of the Chicago Department of Planning and Development. SomerCor offers virtual weekly office hours from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Wednesdays for those interested in applying to the NOF. Join the virtual meeting to connect directly with an NOF program administrator to ask questions.
