Learn, Train, and Build Your Own AI Assistant

AI has transformed how businesses operate and thrive, but many entrepreneurs are unsure how to actually use it in practical ways.

The AI Advantage for Entrepreneurs is a hands-on, three-part workshop series designed to help business owners move from curiosity to capability. Participants will learn how to use AI tools, train them to support their business needs, and build a customized AI assistant that helps with marketing, communication, planning, and productivity.

By the end of the series, participants will have a clear understanding of how to leverage AI to save time, improve efficiency, and support business growth.

This workshop series is presented in partnership with Wells Fargo and Chicago Business Affairs and Consumer Protection.

West Side Forward hosted a Create Your Own Action Figure 3D Printing Workshop on Saturday, May 17 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the West Side Forward campus, (4100 West Ferdinand St).

This one-day workshop offered attendees a dynamic, hands-on introduction to 3D printing by guiding participants through the process of creating their mini-action figures from start to finish. Led by tech founder, filmmaker and media arts educator Coquie Hughes, the workshop simplified the experience of 3D modeling and printing by using pre-designed templates.

This workshop was sponsored in part by United Way Metro Chicago, City of Chicago Business Affairs & Consumer Protection, and West Side Forward.

Residents of the west side attended at no cost.
